At Double Top Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items or used dart flights and shafts are ineligible for return due to hygiene and wear standards.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused darts or accessories in their original retail packaging, ensuring all components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Double Top
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our warehouse address, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
